Victory Heights - Sports City Althought the glass in this property was already factory tinted - the performance was not up to standard and the property suffered from heat gain issues. This customer required excellent heat rejection coupled with a product that complimented their existing glass colour. DRDS35 Dual Reflective film was used and the improvement in temperature reduction was immediately apparent.
Terra Nova - Arabian Ranches The customer had recently undergone interior and exterior renovations, adding a swimming pool and new interior design. With brand new furniture the priority was to stop UV rays from fading these items. With 99% UV Rejection and 53% Total Solar Energy Rejection, our high VLT film was the perfect choice as the glazing appearance remained unchanged, inside and out.
The Springs This prominent 5-bedroom villa had previously been used as a showhome for the Springs development. Now under new ownership they were adding an outdoor decking area, swimming pool and games room. The client had installed special lighting effects which ran alongside the pool and therefore wanted mirrored glazing to reflect this effect around the outside area. We installed a reflective bronze film along the patio doors and glazing of the new games room and now the client can witness this lighting effect from all areas of the garden, even when in the pool itself.
Marina Park Tower - Dubai Marina A typical 2 bedroom apartment's clear views of the Marina were being spoilt by the glare of the afternoon's sun. In addition to reducing the glare, the client also wanted to reduce their DEWA bills. We installed our Dual Reflective Solar Control film to the living room area and both bedrooms to ensure the apartment was still full of light and maintain the stunning view.
An underperforming air conditioning setup caused this client to call us - indoor temperatures getting unbearable during the day despite having the unit on full power. We improved the efficiency of the air cooling unit by adding our Dual Reflective 35 film onto all main area glazing. This helped reduce solar heat gain coming through the glass and also acted as an insulator, keeping the cooled air inside the property. Since film installation there has been significant reduction in temperature and a large increase in thermal comfort.
Links East Tower - The Greens Energy saving was the priority of this client who's views of the golf course were being spoilt by bright glare. A neutral tone was chosen to ensure the views were enhanced and the heat rejection was high enough to offer impressive cost savings. Part of a lifestyle change - this client went on a home greening mission to make sure the apartment was as energy friendly as possible. We were pleased to be able to offer a valuable contribution to this change.

Marina Quays West Tower - Dubai Marina
